Version 1 — 10 August 2026
Reelzy is operated by Orion Digital Media Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17362833), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Questions about any of this: info@oriondigital.uk.
Reelzy is an online video studio. You type an idea or upload your own video, and our software generates short vertical videos for you — AI-written scripts, AI voiceovers, captions, visuals, clipping and editing tools. Videos render one at a time on our servers, so at busy moments you may queue briefly. We work hard to keep Reelzy up and rendering, but like any online service we can't promise it will never have downtime, and we can't promise your videos will get any particular number of views.
You need an account with a real email address to use the studio. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be able to enter a legally binding contract (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy a plan or credits.
Don't use Reelzy to make or process content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or deliberately misleading in a harmful way. Only upload videos and photos you own or have permission to use — including anyone's face or voice. We may refuse to render, remove, or suspend accounts over content that breaks these rules. That is a judgement we make to keep the service safe; if you think we got it wrong, email us.
You own what you upload, and you own the finished videos Reelzy makes for you — post them anywhere, no watermark, no attribution required. You give us only the limited permission we need to store and process your files so the service can work. We never claim ownership of your content and we don't use your videos to advertise Reelzy without asking you first.
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use Reelzy after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run Reelzy (Stripe for payments, our email provider for verification and reset codes). Your uploads and videos stay on our own servers.
You can delete any video from My Shorts at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email info@oriondigital.uk from your account email and we'll erase it.
Cancel any time — email info@oriondigital.uk from your account email, or use the manage/receipt link in the email Stripe sent you when you paid. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep everything the plan includes until then, and you won't be charged again.
One-off credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unused, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once you start spending credits on renders, the spent portion can't be refunded — but unspent credits never expire, so there's no rush to use them.
If a render fails, you shouldn't be charged for it. If credits were taken for a video that never arrived, email us and we'll put them back.
